Each year Aegon British Tennis Awards are given to venues and people to acknowledge and celebrate outstanding achievements in British Tennis.
This year on behalf of Middlesex Tennis, I am delighted to inform you that Highgate Cricket & Lawn Tennis Club have been selected to receive the Middlesex Tennis Disabilities Programme of the Year Award for 2017.
The Middlesex Tennis judging panel would like to pass on their sincere congratulations on achieving this prestigious award.
The club would like to thank Linda Almond, Joe and all the volunteers and coaches who have been involved with this work.
Naqi Rizvi, Susan Paterson, Sally Darling, Oscar Lotis & Joe Lake receiving the Middlesex LTA Disability Programme of 2017 Award on behalf of Highgate at Queens Club on Saturday 10th March 2018.
This is an example of the clubs continued commitment to disability and inclusion, that we are continuing to support our tennis program for those with disabilities and continue to raise funds through grants and social events – the most recent event raised £270.
