How can I contact other members?

Can I bring a Visitor?

Yes, the club welcomes visitors but you will need to pay the appropriate £5 fee (per hour) when you book your courts. These are flat fees and apply at all times. The following exceptions apply:

Standard Visitor Fee – The standard visitor fee and sign in applies to any non-member playing as the guest of a member. Visitors are welcome at Off Peak Times: After 5pm Saturday & Sunday, Before 5pm Monday to Friday. An individual can be signed in on up to three occasions in this way, after which they will be asked to join. Where a visitor is coming to try out the club during a social or organised club session they need to be signed in by a member (visitor book – ask Chanya and Amy at the bar) but the visitor fee does not apply. An individual can be signed in on up to three occasions in this way, after which they will be asked to join.

Coaching Visitor Fee – Where a visitor is attending a group or individual coaching session run by one of the coaching team the coaching visitor fee applies. This is Adults £2.00 and Juniors £1.00 per session and is collected by the coach in charge of the session (as opposed to at the bar). There is a limit of 5 private coaching sessions that a non member / visitor can attend.

Floodlights – Floodlights fees apply to all play that is not part of either (a) a social session, or (b) an organised club/coaching session where the floodlighting cost is included in the session cost (check with the organiser/coach if in doubt).

On-going support

The club is always looking for ways that members can help by volunteering for the club or by making a small monthly contribution that will go to projects such as re-laying courts or the junior programme hardship fund. If you’re interested please follow this Just Giving link for club support or this link for a donation to our hardship fund.
