Juniors Trip to Wimbledon

HPT juniors spent two days visiting SW19 and the Wimbledon Championships.

In order to have the full experience, the juniors left Highgate station at 6am and headed to the queue from Southfields station.

On both days the play had only just begun when the juniors finally got through the gates, which if you have ever queued, you will know isn’t always the case!!!

Once inside, they were treated to an array of tennis matches including top male singles players Rosol and Querry and Kyrgios, leading doubles players such as Llodra and Bopanna as well as exciting new juniors such as Kozlov, Tiafoe and the Chung brothers.

The juniors were competing for the most autographs award and some got up to the 20 mark as we watched the players practice before heading for shade in the Fun Zone.
