Yoga for strength and flexibility 

Sunday 24 November and Sunday 8 December
12 pm – 1.15 pm – in the Brookside Gym
This is a yoga taster session designed for tennis players and those interested in longevity on and off the court. It is suitable for complete beginners and the yoga curious. All ages and abilities welcome.
