2014 Team training and selection
Team training and selection will start on Tuesday 18 March
Note: matches start Monday 28th April, please see match dates.
Teams are open to any interested player – please speak to Chris Hirst or Nicky Wellfair if you are unsure which session to attend. Every year Highgate represent the club in the Middlesex summer league. There are six men’s and six women’s teams. To get picked for a team coaches will run selection sessions over a 3 week period, and teams will be chosen in early April.
Courts will then be available for team practice throughout April until matches start – priority over courts will be given to each team at the times indicated below. If teams would like a coach to attend their practice session then this can be arranged with any coach at a mutually convenient time. Team members are also encouraged to attend sessions within the adult coaching programme, which will provide structured preparation for team matches.
