Festival of Inclusive Cricket

The Festival will take place from 1645 until 1930 on Friday, 6 August 2021. The first hour of the session will be an opportunity to take part in a variety of forms of inclusive cricket, modified so that anyone, regardless of disability or learning difficulty, can get involved. Thereafter, a cricket match between a Highgate XI and a Middlesex Disability XI will take place. Highgate’s team is a mixed team in both ability and gender, again with a view to showing how cricket is a sport for everyone.

Power2Inspire’s mission is to embed inclusion into the sporting and community landscapes through sport, ensuring that no one is ‘left on the bench‘.

The event is free to attend, and there will be a pay as you go BBQ and bar should anyone wish to make use of it.
