IMPORTANT: New Online Booking System now available

Fantastic news – our new online booking system Clubsolutions is now live.

This new system replaces Openplay and is to be used for booking courts, coaching activities, club events and purchasing memberships.

Court and activity bookings can be made from Saturday 7th January for bookings from Tuesday 10th January onwards. Bookings for adult drop-in classes and winter leagues will continue in openplay for activities up to and including Monday 9th January.

Key features of the new court booking process are:

  • Ability to view activities scheduled for any future date
  • Rolling booking window of 7 days
  • Members Search available online
  • Waiting List facility if courts in a time slot fully booked
  • Shopping basket for multi bookings (classes and court bookings)
  • Automated flood light control (coming soon)
  • Option to pay membership in monthly instalments (coming soon).

This communication sets out how to login for the first time into our new online booking system.We have migrated the user accounts from Open Play with basic user information only.

On signing in please check that the information we are now holding is correct and update any missing information.
To access the account, you must first reset the password for the account.
