We apologise for the delay but we have been waiting for our merchant bank account to be set up (banks have holidays too!).
This communication sets out the process to use for the first time you login into the new system.
You will have a separate account for each child who is a member at Highgate. We have migrated the user accounts from Open Play with basic user information only.
The account will be in the child’s name, with their birth date and your contact details. On signing in please check that the information we are now holding is correct and update any missing information.
To book courses you must first access the account. You will need to reset the password for the account. The process is a little different now and all bookings will be done through your junior’s ClubSolutions account.
Before you start this process, please check that you have received an email from Highgate Cricket and Tennis Club: firstname.lastname@example.org

The example below is for a fictitious junior Max Barker who is the son of a fictitious member Sue Barker. Sue’s email is the contact email used for Max’s account.
If you did not receive the email, please check your SPAM folder and that your spam filter is not blocking the email.
To avoid this, ensure that your spam filter is configured to always accept incoming emails from clubsolutions.co.uk
Using the Booking System
