Your club day needs you! We’re looking for everyone’s involvement to make our Club Day the best yet.
Our first Bring and Buy stall needs donations, from treasured toys to side-lined smellies, given-up gifts and once-loved objects. There is a black bin bag in the bar to drop any donations off from this week plus you can bring along on the day.
We will also be running a Great British Bake Off competition with a surprise local celebrity judge. It’s a chance for you to get your buns out, play with some nuts and avoid soggy bottoms as we ask you to bake, whip and knead something delicious for us. Sweet or savoury, there are no rules, it just has to go down a treat. There’ll be prizes on the day and if you can give your effort a tennis/cricket/sport related name, there are additional points. (Think ‘Tia Maria Sharapova Cheesecake’ or ‘Wally Hammond Egg Flag’).
We’d also love some volunteers to help us run the stalls on the day; even an hour of your time would be a great help. Email rebekahpersonal@hotmail.co.uk if you can help.
