We are excited to announce the relaunch of Summer Ladders – FAST4 Series from the 19th June for club members

Highgate Adult FAST4 Summer Series 2020
Who is it for? Adult singles players of all levels, provided they can second serve.
Players need to commit to playing all matches in their group (approx. 6 matches over 8 weeks).
What is Fast4 Tennis ?
- First to 4 games wins the set
- Tiebreaker at 3 games all (first to 7 points, 2 clear at 6-6)
- No ad scoring – the score reaches deuce, you play a sudden death point. The receiver decides which side to take the serve on.
Scoring FormatEach match will consist of Best of 3 FAST4 Sets. Option for match tiebreak at 1 set all (first to 10 points, 2 clear at 9-9). Format agreed before start of match.
How will the Summer Series work?All entrants will be put into boxes to play a round robin (everyone in their box), entrants will be split into boxes based on their current ladder position/ LTA rating and/or feedback from the coaching team.
TimelineThe Series will start on 19th June. 2 points for a winning rubber. If time runs out to finish match and it’s a tie, 1 point each. The two top players in each box will qualify for the Knockout final stage, to be played on TBC date in August.
Balls & Court BookingPlayers will need to provide their own tennis balls and book their own courts. We would recommend booking 2 hours, 1 hour per player to ensure you have enough time to finish your match (no more than this). Or 90 minutes if playing with match tiebreak.

All HPT & HT Juniors at yellow ball playing ability
