Bar Reopening Email 12th April

Dear Members,

We’re pleased to confirm that our bar and kitchen will be reopening for food and drink on Monday 12th April, in line with the government’s step two of the reopening plan. As such, there are a number of rules which will be in place which we ask all to adhere to:

  • We will be reopening for outdoor table service only. This means both ordering and consumption. For the purposes of our club ‘table service’ is extended to those on benches and sitting on the grass where weather conditions allow. Additional tables and parasols have been provided to keep us warm/dry/shaded from the blazing sun
  • Maximum of 6 persons per group or two households at each table
  • All members of the group must scan in, using the NHS app QR codes provided
  • Payment will be taken by card only

We will have extra staff on hand during the busy parts of the week, who will be walking around taking orders. Please attract their attention to order.

We also request that members clear away their own litter into the bins provided. The clubhouse will remain open for toilet and first aid access only. 

These rules will apply until 17th May at least when we hope to move to step 3 of the plan.
