COURT BOOKING AND SCHEDULING DURING THE ANNUAL CLUB TOURNAMENT – All Club Members
The Tournament runs from Saturday 24th August and concludes with a Finals Day on Saturday 14th September.

During that time it will be necessary to make some changes to court booking and scheduling to ensure the Tournament runs smoothly and all matches can be completed on time.
Whilst you should continue to book courts in the usual way you will find that availability is more limited on Courts 1-4 at some times as priority will be given to Tournament matches. (This priority does not apply to the School Courts or Brookside). In the event that these courts do not get booked for Tournament matches they will be released back for general use – usually within 24 or 48 hours – of the booking time.
- Weekend Social Tennis sessions will continue to take place but will be moved to the School Courts where the Main Courts are in use for Tournament matches.
- Higher Level Social Tennis will not take place on Finals Day (14th September) but will be moved to School Courts during the rest of the Tournament period.
- Thursday Social Tennis will not take place during the Tournament period.
- LGBTQIA Tennis will be on Brookside on 24th and 31st August.
