Piotr is starting a 6 week group Strength and Conditioning course, which will be based around physical preparation for tennis in relation to strength, movement, core stability, flexibility and injury prevention.
The class will start on Saturday, the 6th of October from 8.30-9.30am at Brookside Gym and will run for the next consecutive 5 weeks. The capacity of the class (due to restricted space and technical aspects of the selected exercises) will be limited to 4 participants. The cost is £90 per person for 6 sessions, paid up front (£15 per class)
