Highgate Tennis Club Membership Renewals 2018
You should have received an invoice from the club for the membership year 2018/19 which commences on 1st April. Membership prices have remained the same price as last year.
The club will present its accounts at the AGM on 25th March commencing at 12 noon.
Whilst the club continues to earn its income from a variety of sources such as tournament fees, coaching and camps, the majority of our net income is from the membership that we all pay on an annual basis, seniors and juniors alike.
It would be appreciated if members could pay their subscriptions as soon as possible and in any event by 1st April. Members who don’t pay their subs will not be allowed to enter the Wimbledon ticket ballot, the Brookside Tournament or play for the club’s teams. That said if you need a little extra time please let us know.
If you have any concerns or questions regarding the membership policy, please email: William Winstone (email@example.com), Susan Paterson (firstname.lastname@example.org), or Andy Newton (email@example.com)
Details of how to pay your subscriptions this year are below.
William Winstone (HCLTC Tennis Section Chair)
Susan Paterson (HCLTC Chair)
Andy Newton (Hon. Treasurer)
How to pay for your membership subscription:
- Preferred method of payment – by invoice – you will receive an invoice from firstname.lastname@example.org and will then be asked to pay your subscriptions online through our payment gateway. Please, please make payment by debit card which costs the club 22p, rather than the prohibitive charges the club incurs when credit cards are used (£5.41 on a £320 payment!!).
- By bank transfer – Barclays Bank plc – Account number: 40472743 / Sort code: 20-58-51
- By cheque – made payable to ‘Highgate C<C’ for the amount payable and leave behind the bar for the attention of Andrew Newton.
As a minimum please ensure your payment is identified with your initial, surname and reference SUBS. When it’s done, please email Tracey (email@example.com) to confirm that payment has been made.
